The Cleansing with the Elements packages,

are designed to be a mucoid plaque removal colon cleanse complete with a cleansing manual.

This complete package is designed to last between 2 - 9 days of cleansing and 2 - 4 days of breaking the cleanse. The majority of your food will come from these Elements, thus saving you the money regularily spent on food. Drink more water and increase the amount of vegetables eaten prior to the cleanse. Stop all coffee and alcohol. Try to decrease the amount of salt. Drink only fruit juice, water or herbal tea. If you need, you may drink green, or white tea. The Fast Your Purpose potions will support your subtle, mental and emotional body as you allow the physical body to cleanse. Meadow Dust contain herbs that support the lymph, and liver. Magnetic Earth neutralises pathogenic organisms, and toxins. Fire Dust will provide a boost of adaptogenic balance. Forest Greens are best meant to be eaten during the transition from cleansing to eating. Star Stone (previously Star Dust) needs to be taken with caution, be sure and use enemas and colonics. It is important to understand the use of enemas and colonics while doing this cleanse. While cleansing on juice, use an enema bag every day or at the very least every second day.
