No Experience Necessary
No prior experience is necessary to participate in our sessions. However, if you are feeling out of shape or are currently recovering from injuries, we highly recommend joining one or more Mindful Movement sessions beforehand. These sessions are designed to prepare you physically and mentally for the Flow Fitness sessions.

Your safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you have a positive and enjoyable experience. It's important to recognize your own limits and abilities. Please refrain from attempting moves that are beyond your skill level or physical capacity. While our instructors are here to guide and support you, ultimately, you are responsible for your own well-being during the sessions.
