A Journey into Sociocracy, Family Council, and Community Stewardship Governance from the Ground Up
When we gather to learn how to govern ourselves, we’re not talking about bureaucracy — we’re talking about belonging. This October, our circle opens for a living experience in collaborative leadership: three days designed to bring clarity, compassion, and structure to the way families, communities, and associations make decisions together.
Thursday, October 23 — Sociocracy in Action (10 a.m.–6 p.m.)
A full-day, hands-on workshop introducing sociocracy as a living system for community and family governance.
Morning: Discover consent-based decision-making, circle structures, and real-world practice.
Afternoon: Apply what you’ve learned to your own initiatives — mapping circles, policies, and feedback loops that truly work.
Bonus: Participants receive access to a free 60-minute recorded seminar — Sociocracy for Everyday Life, featuring Amber, Lee, and Suzanne.
Friday, October 24 — Family Council Workshop (10 a.m.–6 p.m.)
Families are the first circles of governance. In this intimate workshop, we bring sociocratic tools home — learning how to create peace, balance power, and include every voice.
Saturday, October 25 — Shareholders’ Circle
Brings together members and stakeholders to explore how cooperative governance can guide shared land, resources, and enterprise. Together we will:
Discuss how we can set up a clear structure and plan for the future of our Private minister Cooperative [888PmC] and community Private Members Associations.
