I often hear people speak of “the State” as if it were a fixed thing—a monolith of laws, policies, and governments. But the truth is subtler. The State is more like water. Water can be solid, liquid, or vapour, but never two at once. It takes its form according to its environment and the energy applied to it.
So it is with us. There is the State most people recognize—the jurisdiction of governments, agencies, and codes. This State manages citizens, not men or women. It is a system built for administration, commerce, and control. To step into that State is to accept its rules and obligations, even unknowingly.
Yet there is another State—one not created by paperwork but by being. It is the State of the living man or woman, aligned with natural law, self-responsibility, and truth. This State does not rely on permissions. It arises from one’s own state of being. When we inhabit this State fully, we are governed first by conscience, not codes.
Just as water cannot be ice and steam at the same time, a man or woman cannot truly be both citizen and sovereign simultaneously. We move between these states according to the choices we make, the contracts we enter, and the energy we embody.
This is why I have devoted so much of my own energy and effort to study, practice, and implementation—creating patterns that support and increase health, clarity, and lawful living. Because our external State reflects our internal state. And when enough men and women shift their state of being, the structures around them must shift as well.
The Hidden Obstacle to Sovereignty
When I began my own journey, I assumed that living lawfully was mainly a matter of knowledge—learning the right words, the right filings, the right arguments. But over the years, I’ve witnessed men and women with brilliant minds and courageous hearts stumble at the same invisible threshold. They knew what to do, but they could not do it.
Many can’t reach nor achieve these levels of participation—not for lack of want, skill, aptitude, attitude, or intelligence. It is the physical condition of their container at the cellular level that doesn’t yet qualify them for that experience.
We have been falsely shown a pretend way to achieve happiness through deceptive actions and behaviours. We are tricked all the way to a state of disease or confusion. Our decisions become impossible because we are distracted, overwhelmed, and confused—not only in our perceptions but in our assumed contractual relationships with nonsense. We are locked into a web of false obligations—the matrix, the demonic system, the tricks of the trade instead of the lawful trade itself.
And beneath it all lies one core truth: fear kills clarity. J
Just as fear destroys creativity in high-performing teams, fear also collapses the nervous system of an individual. The antidote is trust—first in your own rhythms, then in your ability to navigate truth. When the body feels safe, the mind can see clearly. And when trust is present, the state of being begins to align with sovereignty.
How State of Being Shapes State of Control
Imagine trying to hold clear, high-level information in a clogged, inflamed, exhausted body. Your cells are literally struggling to communicate with one another. The nervous system is frayed. The gut-brain axis is misfiring. In that condition, even the most brilliant truths feel abstract, overwhelming, or unreachable.
This is not a moral failure. It is not because people are lazy or unwilling. It is because the state of the container—the body—is directly linked to the state of consciousness.
I had a head start in detoxing and in building my physical foundation. That’s why I could handle the kind of information and experiences that would crush or confuse many. It’s not vanity; it’s biology. When the cells are clear, hydrated, mineralized, and nourished, the nervous system can relax, discernment returns, and the light shines differently.
This is where rehearsing the future comes in. Just as a team rehearses a vision until it feels inevitable, each breath, each sip of water, each act of nourishment is a rehearsal of the sovereign life to come. We live as if freedom is already present, and the body slowly adjusts to carry that reality. Over time, what once felt impossible becomes natural.
The Journey from Noise to Clarity
For what seems like a very long time now, I have been wanting and wishing to connect with men and women of like kind. I have realized that most people do not see the world the way I do, not because they are blind or ignorant, but because the light does not shine the same way through a congested lens.
Think of a window. If it’s coated with grime, the view outside appears distorted. Wiping the glass doesn’t change the landscape, but it changes your perception of it. The same is true for your internal state. When the cells are clear, the nervous system settled, and the energy flowing, your discernment sharpens. You begin to see through the tricks. The false offers lose their appeal. You no longer trade your life for counterfeit forms of happiness.
A Living Example
I can only speak from my own experience. I’ve invested years in building rhythms and practices that honour my body first. Breath. Hydration. Nourishment. Movement. Cleansing. Rest. Service. Each step supported the others. Over time, this created a container capable of receiving and holding higher-level truths without collapsing into fear or overwhelm.
Because of that, I am healthier and more energetic than most. And because of that, I can give great advice—not because I’m superior, but because my state of being has been prepared. I want to share what worked for me so others can prepare, too. Sovereignty begins at the cellular level.
And here is where intuition enters. Intuition is not guesswork. It is expertise compressed into a signal your body can trust. When the nervous system is steady, intuition becomes a clear guide—helping you know when to pause, when to act, and when to speak truth. This is why what feels like a “hunch” is often your deepest wisdom, surfacing before the mind has time to argue.
Why Managing Your State (and Estate) Matters
In legal language, an estate is what you own and control. In spiritual language, your state is what you embody and radiate. The two are intertwined. When you manage your state—your breath, your water, your food, your movement, your release, your rest, and your service—you are simultaneously managing your estate—your health, your clarity, your capacity, and your lawful standing.
If you neglect your state, your estate will inevitably be managed by others. This is how the State of Control maintains its grip. It thrives on distracted, depleted, confused men and women. It cannot control a man or woman who is centered, clear, and embodied.
A Pathway to Sovereignty
This is why I built a collaborative space to move through a process that prepares the cells to contain new information and a new way of being. This is not about quick fixes or surface-level cleanses. It is a methodical, gentle, rhythmic journey that strengthens the container and clears the lens so the light can shine through.
Within this space, men and women walk through the same process that brought me from confusion to clarity. They discover how each foundational rhythm—breath, hydration, nourishment, movement, cleansing, rest, and service—interacts with the next. They experience their state shifting in real time. And as their state shifts, so does their estate. Discernment grows. Contracts once entered unconsciously fall away.
Choices become clearer. The State of Being begins to replace the State of Control.
A Living Invitation
If you’ve read this far, something in you already knows this is true. You’ve felt the frustration of trying to hold higher truths in a tired body. You’ve sensed that your choices are being shaped by exhaustion, confusion, and overwhelm more than by clear intention.
There is another way. You don’t have to do it alone.
I created the Seven Steps Community as a private, collaborative space where men and women of like kind can prepare their cells, their minds, and their spirits for sovereignty. It’s not a seminar. It’s not a crash course. It’s a living process. Together we build the rhythms that support discernment, clarity, and true lawful living.
When your state changes, your estate changes. And when enough of us shift our state of being, the structures of control can no longer hold.
Invitation
If you feel called to prepare your container for the kind of truth and freedom you’ve always sensed but couldn’t yet hold, consider joining us. This is the work behind the words. This is the quiet foundation for a sovereign life.
