BREATHE

A peaceful moment of deep breathing, restoring balance and clarity.

Begin with conscious, deep breathing to center yourself. Acknowledge that your body is always working toward balance, and breath is one of the most powerful tools to regulate your nervous system and promote healing.


 

HYDRATE

Hydrating with fresh water to support natural detoxification.

Consider how water plays a role in detoxification. By staying hydrated, you support your body’s natural processes to flush out toxins and maintain cellular health.

 

NOURISH

A plate of whole foods that nourish and support the body’s natural healing.

What we consume profoundly impacts our body’s ability to protect and repair itself. Focus on nutrient-dense, whole foods that support immunity and reduce inflammation, giving your body the tools it needs to address imbalances.

 

MOVE

Gentle movement to promote circulation, detox, and vitality.

Gentle movement or dynamic exercise improves circulation and the elimination of harmful substances. Movement helps the lymphatic system do its job—clearing waste and supporting the immune response.

 

RELEASE

Journaling to release emotional tension and foster emotional healing.
